POLICY OF SALES

All sales by Eddie’s Gun Sales will adhere to these terms.

1. Payment:

We accept payment from credit cards, money orders, certified check, and cashier checks. The buyer may not charge back any credit card charge.  Should you do a charge back the buyer will be responsible for any fees occurred by Eddie’s Internet Sales. 

2. Order Cancellation:

You may cancel anytime prior to the order being shipped. The request to cancel must be made to Eddie’s Gun Sales at info@eddiesgunsales.com.  A sale is not cancelled until the buyer receives a cancellation notice from Eddie’s Gun Sales.  Once the order has been shipped it can not be cancelled, it becomes a return item. The buyer will be responsible to shipping to and from the seller, restocking fees and any other fees incurred by seller. If the product has been used or damaged see paragraph 4 of this Paragraph.We may cancel any order for any reason.

3. Exchange and Refund Policy

Any item retuned must not have been used or damaged including the products such as storage boxes.  Any produce that has been used or damaged may not be returned.  The buyer must contact Eddie’s Gun Sales through info@eddiesGunSales.com with an explanation as to why product is being returned.  Items must be returned in Original packaging and the following:

    1. In Original packaging
    2. Must be returned in new condition unless the product is sold in used condition
    3. Must be returned within 14 days of purchase
    4. Returned products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee no less then $5.00.
    5. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees
    6. COD’s are not accepted.
    7. All firearms sales are final and may not be returned
    8. Condition and packaging must be original, unopened and unused. Various companies will not allow us to accept a return if the packaging has been opened or damaged.
    9. If an item is not returnable you must contact the manufacture for warranty repair or work.

4. Charged Fees:

Buyers cannot dispute or recover any cost and/or fees charged and/or charge backs to the Buyer’s credit card.  If the buyer tries to recover any of these charges and/or will be responsible for all incurred costs to Eddie’s Gun Sales.

5. Shipping and Delivery:

    1. Shipping will occur within 3 days of purchase. The buyer will be given a tracking number upon shipment
    2. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges to and from Eddie’s Gun Sales
    3. If a package is lost, stolen or damaged a claim must be filed with the shipping company. Reports of lost, stolen or damage must be reported within 2 days. If the shipping company decides to pay the claim, once the payment has been received at Eddie’s Gun Sales a replacement will be sent or refund which is our discretion
    4. Customer assumes the liability of the good when we hand over the goods to a common carrier for shipment to the customer.
    5. Shipments are “Shipping Contracts.” The buyer takes title of all goods given to a carrier for shipment
    6. Eddie’s Gun Sales does not try to intercept shipped packages

6. FIREARMS

    1. The buyer must verify their purchase does not violate and local or state law where delivery is made.
    2. A FFL must be received no later then 4 calendar days of purchase, from where the firearm is being shipped.
    3. Any gun ownership violating the state of local laws must be returned. The buyer will be responsible for any restocking fees and all shipping fees.
    4. If the buyer picks up any firearm from the FFL dealer it was shipped to is no longer returnable.
    5. Age is 21 to buy a firearm and various weapons.

7. Warranty Issues:

Any defective items and/of warranty products will be handles by the manufacturer. Eddie’s Gun Sales is not a repair facility. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be reported to us within three business days of deliver of merchandise.

Any breach of these Terms of Sale is also a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
